James Greben
Owner, Project Manager & Licensed Builder

James Greben brings over 24 years of comprehensive building industry experience to the company. Beginning his career as an apprentice carpenter in 2001, James has progressed through every level of the building industry – from hands-on carpentry and site supervision to project management and business leadership.
His career journey includes working as a carpenter with his own business, serving as a site supervisor for major building projects, and managing complex commercial and residential developments as a project manager.
James holds a Diploma of Building and Construction, along with Certificate IV in Building and Construction and Certificate III in Carpentry. His extensive qualifications extend to specialized areas including building compliance, fire attenuation works, civil and infrastructure projects, and office refurbishments. As a fully licensed QBCC builder, James personally oversees every project to ensure the highest standards of quality and compliance.
With experience spanning both residential and commercial building sectors, James understands that successful projects require more than technical skill – they demand clear communication, accurate cost management, and attention to safety. His hands-on background means he can identify potential issues early and provide practical solutions that keep projects on time and within budget.

Rohan brings over 40 years of building industry experience to the team. His extensive hands-on knowledge and expertise across all aspects of construction make him an invaluable resource on every project.
